came off a night shift at 7am
then went to my aunts (it was her birthday)
went to Hereford castle to look at a small old castle (where anne boleyn was born) looked at old pictures,furniture...scarey manikins looking like they wanted to kill everybody.
had dinner there.....just for a laugh i though ide confuse the cafeteria staff, and place a donut i got in mcdonalds. in with the plates me and my cousin aunt etc finished. i can imagine them saying wtf we dont sell donuts. me and my cousin agreed, that we shall place random items in the buffet at restuarants. so when people buy it..the person at the till gets overly confused

worked a half day, went to the studio im working at to try and make sense of their neglected audio control room (why they brought me in). fucked about with their protools setup for about 5-6 hours, then headed home... to feed the dogs.


later on tonight i'll be heading out somewhere with zee woman. most likely to consume alcohol.

then i'll head home, smoke a little wet, and hang out by the local 7-11 till morning.

just another day here...

woke up @ 2:30pm...

ate this for breakfast:


listened to this (twice):


and thought about this (all day)...


everything in between is top secret

i am visiting my parents and having the best holiday

went to the beach today. zoo yesterday.

also got a new laptop for djing gigs only

ive had 5 hrs till 1am, im now just winding down so i can sleep in a couple of hours.

i spent the entire day being completely fucking awesome

1. woke up.

2. went to work.

3. went to lunch, some serious burrito action.

4. back to work and arsed about.

5. went to the "company picnic" held by my company.

6. dipped out.

7. got home.

8. ate dinner.

9. took a snooze.

10. worked on this for 4 hours.

woke up early

went for a run around the hills, into a head wind most of the way

grabbed espresso and lunch

headed back into town

had a meeting about various elements of a party i am putting on in a few weeks' time

came home, got online....

and am now about to write two album reviews:
1) marcus intalex - fabriclive 35
2) pharoahe monch - desire

and, if all goes according to plan, i'll get started on writing the flyer for my party, and smoke a nice juicy zoot somewhere along the way.

ohhh boyy...Ritter has like 18 different flavors (maybe more) of pure chocolate sexiness. i just finished half the bar and had to lock it away into 2 ziplocks - because i can't stay away!!!
