They've ruled out premeditated.
He can still be done on culpable homicide, as well as the charges regarding firearm discharge and possession of illegal ammo (which he will get done for)

The Judge wrote:How could the accused reasonably have foreseen that the shot he fired would kill the deceased?
He must've thought he'd bought one of those "less lethal" guns.

He means who could he have reasonably known that he was shooting his GF...don't think the judge is quibbling over the concept of firearm lethality.

Ah, just an awkward quote then. It reads like he couldn't have reasonably expected to kill someone by firing a gun at them.

You guys need to be patient.
The final verdict will only be heard tomorrow.
The judge still has the option of finding him guilty of murder.
Culpable homicide is obviously still on the table, the only issue with that is the possibility of him getting a shortened sentence due to his disability which could become a suspended sentence.
Now that would be bad.
There's even talk of the judge being payed off.

Pretty much.
The biggest issue here is that there is sufficient evidence to draw a conclusion that no person fires a gun 4 times into a locked door and does not expect to kill the person on the other side.

Did Chris Tarrant set the timetable for sentencing?
"and the answer is.... coming tomorrow!"

Maybe it's something that having a Nike sponsorship does to a man whichever twists his psyche and renders him more monster than man.
Tiger Woods
Oscar Pistorious
Lane Armstrong

Except they weren't all hot blondes.
He was shagging anything and everything. Probably would've stuck it in mud if he thought it'd wriggle.

gunning down your missus is definitely comparable to say, using steroids for racing or getting down with a few broads
