They're just very clever marketing. No risk of cancer (that we know of) plus you actually get more addicted to nicotine as you're suddenly able to smoke anywhere without all the fuss of having to go outside.

i tried it for a bit, it helped to curtail my smoking when i'd be drinking which was the real challenge for me. but in the end, i just needed to quit both to be free from the addiction. it sucks but..in the end it's all down to self disciprin.

Exactly. If you want to quit smoking, quit smoking. Don't ween yourself off onto something else. Cold turkey is the way to go.

Nah as long ad u get a good quality e CIG and steer clear of crap Chinese stuff and those CIG shaped ones. U should be okay health wise. I noticed a noted improvement in stamina and breathing etc

Its bullshit if u get nice e liquid. The cheap e liquid could have crap in it but most of its natural flavouring and vegetable glycerol and nicotine. Does nothing as a vapor r. Remember none of it gets burnt. Honestly it's not gonna be any worse than the huge amount if wank in a CIG.
