D16 Drumazon is a good cheap 909 clone to start:

But there must be a million and one 909 sample packs out there, just google about.

I dunno much Wiley stuff, I'm basing the 909 theory on 'Pence' off of Warrior Dubz, which is nothing but the 909 and JME.

Just start with a preset, then edit, eq, and manipulate until you're happy with the sound. I think Wiley uses Cubase, so maybe a sound from there, I've heard his snares (or there abouts) in most software

a lot of the drums wileys been using lately have been from the plugsound series, just had a quick google and come accross this http://www.kvraudio.com/get/634.html which may have some of them, all the sounds have really been rinsed tho imo

Most of wileys drumsounds are from the korg triton rack version, if you dont have a triton try this

http://cgi.ebay.com/TRITON-Facsimile-Re ... dZViewItem

Logic, Plugsound and sampletank are also some tools in his arsenal.

hope you find what your looking for...
