What the hell is this sound?!

I really like it, i've never heard something like it before. 1:12-13ish, it's like a metallica Whap sound...i don't know how best to describe it. Anyone got any ideas on how to make?

It's just another wobble with maxed resonance, here's a demonstration i just slapped together...

Really sounds like your generic Carbon/Formant Square with Phase Mod an octave up and lots of delay. And Scream filter.
