Fatman hoover sound

Anybody know how to make this mentasm/hoover sound or where's it sampled from?

It's basically a high pitched reese (detuned saws) with a pitch envelope going up quite quickly (<100ms) and down a bit more slowly, with the note cutting off just as it starts to come down. Tweaking that envelope is going to be the longest bit.

Add chorus, saturation, filtering and whatever else afterwards.
