Thinking of getting these guys to do a logo for me. Can anyone be certain that they're credible? I emailed them and the admins name is "mrkenya" which just seems abit weird because we all get those emails of "distant relatives" who've left us a some of money from africa etc etc.

So yeah, any credible info on these guys would be great!

I never used their service, but it would seem that you, being a dubstar wannabe(not hugely famous), would have no reason to get a logo or image made for you. You could theoretically make it yourself or hire some students at an art college to make one for you for half the price.

Plus the whole dubstep graphics thing seems a little wierd... If they were a decent graphics studio, they would make other types of graphics and would have a more professional name.

I'm doing graphics at uni next year, i could easily do it myself but there's stuff which i want which I'm not able to do. I'm also not interested in the dubstep side to this site atall, I like the stuff that they do with the text and wouldn't mind something like that for myself with none of that grungy 3-D bollocks, just a simple vector etc etc

Why not get some art book for less money than that and learn to do it yourself? If you are going to art school anyway it should be worth the investment.

I personally think its a waste of money to pay some guy to do it, maybe when you are doing an EP for a good label I would consider this.

lol except if you're already backed by a label, especially a good one, your cover art is probably covered and you don't have to pay for it yourself

anyway, while it's of course ideal that people would know how to do everything themselves and I endorse DIY and what not, that's a pretty shit advice IMO. if he really wants a logo he should get one, but I'd rather look up someone who'll do the same for like 50 dollars than someone like those "dubstep" guys who have a website an ting, they'll prolly tryna wind u up

my personal opinion however is that logos are a waste of time commercial wanker EDM crap. I mean, in dubstep etc.. who the fuck even has a logo besides Skream? and even his is just a piece of album art that has kinda stuck

if yiou give us a vague idea of what you want theres a few talented graphic designers on here that culd help!

You can find very talented graphic on fiverr or deviantart forum. On fiverr You can buy logo even for 5 $ - very cheap.
