Petition for a KidShuffle Trial by Jury

As you may all know, KidShuffle has been perma-banned by moderation of this forum. While I do respect the rules of this forum, I find under this law a blatant disrespect for the unjust treatment of the possible innocent. I will ask that moderation please take this plea seriously.
I create this petition as a way of our members to rise up against opposition and to demand KidShuffle a trial, in which a vote is set into place as to if he should be banned or not. Because who are we protecting Kidshuffle from if we are all at a loss, and who is not to say that it was not an unjust punishment? We are to look into why he was banned, if he shuld be perma-banned, and the ramifications of doing so, especially considering that we currently have no way of registering new users.
