Anybody agree?

I reckon wobble is the best thing to happen in dubstep

Coki is my first example
Let me add in Rusko and Skream
Their wobble is, in my opinion, always more proffesional, and well produced.

It's dubstep's reese bass - down to the individual to make it interesting (or not).

I did actually read the sig - do you mean blaring? And you can't stab with a knife edge, you need the point - you might mean slashing, but then sub is a blunt instrument surely?

with no disrespect to the wobble originators like coki, skream etc etc wobble is an easy crowdpleaser to draw for - hence why it's become so popular and is being copied by loads of bedroom producers....

but it isn't the best thing to happen to dubstep, just the easiest most obvious way to move a crowd, esp if they're new to the sound and would find more minimalistic sounds harder to get into.

yeah dont really agree

like thinking said, its getting kinda easy and for me, only some wobblers stand out and really make it worth the wobble, and a lot are just easy wobblers to (at least i think thats why) be and easy crowd pleaser

i'd rather have sick sub like in kingstown etc

i like the wobble. i'm still perfecting my technique. lfo sync rate ftw.

wobble is a cop out

no new to the scene producers should dare try it! its been done by the masters and should be left alone!

its all about a nice big warm soundin sub for me!!!!!!!!!!

If I was Blizzards age I'd agree, wobble makes bass sound good on most Hifi's as well! Unfortunately its become a bit of a sore point round these parts due to maximum rinsage and as it can be a mask for a shit tune and dominate sets.

Listen hard to Coki beats though, not heard many actual wobbler's from him TBH - Dubstep's the best thing to happen to Garage IMO tho and Skream and a lot of the other LFO pros are steering well away - twas fun but the sound will move fwd.

some of my favourite dubstep tunes are wobblers. i understand why people get sick of it, but i think people that actively hate on wobble are more short-sighted than the people that use it constantly.

nobody should really give a fuck, if you do/don't like it, do/don't buy it!

like most things, it's good in moderation.
