Looking for someone to write a song for a film score

Hello,
I'm not really familiar with the community or the music at all so I apologize for any assumptions or misunderstandings.
I'm trying to find someone who can make an original and custom song for a short scene of my feature film.
To give you a rough starting point, I'm using Skrillex as a place holder, but am open to other sounds as long as it fits the actions of the scene.
I have a video I can send you of the scene with the temporary score so you can see what I'm going for
I've budgeted 50 dollars as payment
The song will only be about 20 seconds long
And the song must be completely free of any copyrighted materials or samples.
Please let me know if you or anyone you know would be interested in this kind of thing
