was a hectic and eventful one.

set of the night for me from dave q. absolutely smacked it differently.

last song of the night gyptian - serious times !

that was special. that song means a lot to me personally and hearing it on that system i had to fuckin fight back tears.

serious times truly.

shame the dmz village was turned into a battery farm but still out to the smokers!

out to everyone who brought good vibes to the dance.

special shouts to: matty, nick, tes, dead-o, dave, seckle and extra special shouts to moonshine and subsound- you da bwoys!

The young team were rolling thick last night, I could have sworn dmz was 14+.... I think I even saw Lilly Allen there too... way different crowd. I wasn't concerned until the night got later and a lot of stupid shit started going on. Respect to Skream for not killing anyone when some stupid ass spilt beer on his dubplate and respect to Mala and Loefah for also not killing anyone when some other jerk from the crowd drunkenly pulled someone over the deck and made the record stop.

Heh, I wonder if that was the guy I saw going mental and shouting "you backstabbed me!".

Yer I didn't notice any trouble myself, other than MC announcements.

Was a lot of incredibly fucked people about I'd been in there about 20 minutes and some guy collapsed at the back of the dancefloor.

Either way was my first DMZ and all the sets were heavy. Favourites being Tes and Deado, DMZ vs Loefa (smashed it completely and I thought crowd vibes were best of the night for this set) and Distance. Couldn't manage to stay for Dave Q in the end, my body gave up after staying up till 7 after FWD on Friday (silly me).

I really enjoyed it though, a few idiots couldn't spoil a night like that!

Man that was some fucked up shit. Glad you're alright though bruv, you were fully justified in your actions.
I think it was more to do with it being at mass rather than dubstep turning into a DnB style aggs fest.
Put a real sour end on my night though
:(
Hold tight all the DJ's, big sets by all.

On the plus side though, all the djs smacked it... amazing music. Huge sets from Tes and Dead o, Nick Argon and Matty G, Mala and Loefah, and Skream(then I bounced). Was that a 9 Samurai vip I heard being dropped by Mala or Loe?
