i'm definitely suffering from s.a.d.......nearly dark already and i've got a fucking cold.

i reserve the right to complain that it's too hot when summer swings round though...

well...

I am from "there" and I never experienced seasons, hence the reason I get excited when autumn comes around.

however, I do miss the perpeutal spring that comes with being a native southern californian

only disadvantage is the lack of chronological placement as to when things happened in my youth.

HATE IT! im miserable that its so damn cold all day long. its all windy and chilly all the time. hardly ANY sun and thats just not healthy. and i have to say the only GOOD thing about autumn is the beautiful view of the leaves changing colors. but gross when they fall and get wet and stink and get slippery...

and the darkness coming at like 4pm is a total drag. makes me wanna just never get out of bed and do anything. winter is up next. maybe ill jump off a bridge this year. seriously hate it all. i want only spring and summer all yr long.

i guess it also makes me bitchy..and complain a lot.

I hear you!
a
:)

I'm from a place of seasons, but being here in Southern California and not experiencing real seasons anymore really makes it feel like time is stood still. This might explain a lot of things around here...

we have the hot season, the not so hot season, the cold-ish season, and the one with some rain and the windy season.

and oh yeah, the cloudy season.

and btw, wtf is it about seasons that white people are so caught up on? its such a white thing. like you have to brave the cold to be tough or something. fuck that. snow is shit. a lot of rain is shit. cold where you can't feel your toes is shit. fuck that white people shit.
