(This is a picture of the actual rig we'll be using!)

It's James Mowbray's final Heavy Industries event of the year, presenting the hottest dubstep, techno and underground house on a heavy-duty, custom-built soundsystem. As always we look to the future, scheduling a line-up of underground artists whose names will be on everybody's lips in 2008.

Representing dubstep will be Skud's DJ Downshifter and Rusko. Rusko’s been behind a slew of big tracks on labels like Tempa and Sub Soldiers and guests regularly at FWD. Rusko will also be mixing the next Fabric Live CD with partner Caspa and joins us before commencing his first US tour in December. Also joining James Mowbray from Hamburg will be H.O.S.H., one of a new breed of exciting young, new German producers with forthcoming tracks and remixes on Get Physical, Crosstown Rebels, Diynamic and Tsuba. Dean Muhsin is one half of new production duo Bearweasel, a partnership that will be on the rise in 2008 with material planned for Audiofly's Supernature label, Perc Trax and Jimpster's Freerange.

Sound on the night will be provided by the mighty Nine Bar Sound (see actual picture of this rig above). Custom-built and run by sound engineer Jeff Woodford, this system is one of the UK's premier rigs. It's a set-up that needs to be heard to be believed.
