logic 7 / Mac/Intel switch... etc

Ello all
My windows ting just died along with years of work ... i've had problems with nearly every program i've had on windows [ableton,reaktor... floops was fine though...] so... been thinking of one of those new intel macs with logic 7.2 - ---
has anyone got an intel/mac setup? if so , hows it runnin?
I'd really be interested in knowing how logic users rate the stability of the program and also if the supplied plugins are enough for general music production - or any other thoughts really....

easy,
Ive used many sequencers in the past including protools, reason, digital performer fruity etc... basically ive tried most of em.
logic does the shit for all my production needs, particularly midi as some of the plug-ins bundeld with the pro version are truelly the-daddy, that said though mine crashes quite regular (bear in mind i run a 1.25 ghz old power mac g4 with 768mb ram though and i make that bitch work!) i wouldnt advise logic for audio editing in particular but for arranging and midi work i belive its unrivalled.
its good to remember that...'logic' isnt very aptly named and is quite un-logical in alot of respects and not to everyones taste.
cubase sx is a popular alternative its very german and incredebly precise, great for audio work but suffers from a lack of good bundeld virtual instruments, but theres so many third party VST's and audio plug-ins, in my experience alot of electronic music producers are using it, and its a peice of piss to use but a bit less 'fun' than other sequencers
in the argument of mac over pc, its best just to go with what feels right and your own personal experience. Ive had so many windows nightmares though nothing would tempt me back...what attracts me to macs are the incredebly stable operating system and easy interface, as i'm not really interested in how computers work i just want them to do as there told!

Look at getting an Intel iMac and running boot camp, so you can do stuff in Windows if you need to. Best of both worlds, pretty much.
SX, Live and Reason all very stable on OSX, which is a very nice OS...
... but try it, if you don't like it don't get it - some people just don't get on with OSX.
