He comes out with a very true line. She says something like "I only hear what I want to", he says "That's called being a woman" - "Woman don't really wanna hear men's opinion, they only want to hear their opinion in a deeper voice".
I think that Southern accent is pretty hot, she reminds me of Patricia Arquette (Alabama) in True Romance.

Actually Great Britain might just be a geographical thing too, referring to the mainland. So two and three quarters. England, Wales and Scotland minus the islands.
Maybe Britain is the mainland, Great Britain is the mainland plus the islands, United Kingdom includes Northern Ireland and the British Isles includes both Irelands and everything from Orkney to Jersey.
What a lot of stupid names for a fucking country.

I would have to say that Eurpoe is no more or less a country than the USA.
I mean, the different states have different laws, different European countries have different laws. However, American law is bound by the constitution, European Law is bound by Strasbourg Jusisprudence.
Then there is is the issue of different states and cities being in different stages of Economic and cultural development.
Great Britain is like, say New England or New York State
Florida is like Spain or Italy.
Washington State like maybe Denmark.
Alabama or Louisiana is like maybe Albania or Kosovo.
United States of America, United States of Europe, its all the same innit.

Im Rick James Bitch!
its not really the same thing. the united states of america is run by a federal government that gives a degree of indendent rule to its member states which you can't really say is the same as europe
legal/judicial systems are just a part of what makes the american federal government, along with legislation and executive powers. it's getting to the stage that the european union is approaching a kind of federal government like there is in america but it's not quite there yet. legislation and criminal/judicial laws are increasingly being set by europe but to a large extent executive decisions are left up to the individual countrites
give it a few years though...

there may be some metaphorical truth in what you are saying, to an extent., but it in no way justifies how poorly educated this woman is. hahmonkeytown wrote:I would have to say that Eurpoe is no more or less a country than the USA.

Americans forget there history. What annoys me is when they refer to speaking "American"dr ddd wrote:hahahaha!!Chu wrote:Friday night in Brookyn NYC...

America forgets its history. If you actually learn about american history its just a history of conquering, stealing, and buying land off other countries in a deceitfulful manner called "manifest destiny"
A joke really.
