Big Apple Record Store: A trip down memory lane...

Here is a small trip down memory lane to the old Big Apple Record store which sadly is under different management and a different name. This shop was a shrine and people would travel from all over to come here, and especially being the birth place of Dubstep - this place is Londons very own Mecca for dubsteppers.

Alot of kids used to bunk off of school to come here, including Dubsteps wonderkid Skream and the Afrowarrior Benga.

Hopefully this video would give some insight on how the shop has changed since the early days as it went through the phase of different genres to the present day, being owned by J Sweet and now selling niche and "rare" trainers.

looooooolz!!

that ad was on one of the lord of the decks DVDs or risky roadz or something... i remember picking up some DVDs on a visit to london from toronto in like 2004, watching it back at home and lolzing all over the place at that one. i haven't seen that for time! in my hazy memory i always thought it was an ad for rhythm division. nice 1 for posting!
