What's the "D" in many MC monikers?

Always wondered whats the D? Crazy D, Shabba D, Posi-D, etc....
What does it mean
I'm sure i could just ask Taz from Waford though

i guess i wasnt very clear when i posted the question.....
i was under the assumption that the dozens of mcs that end in -D had the same meaning whatever it was.
maybe this is a question better suited for the dogs on acid dnb trivia freaks

Shabba's name is Daniel. So = Shabba Dan.
I'd just call him a twat tho.
Crazy's name starts with a D....... but that would be telling....

Apparently Benga will be releasing a vocal version of one of his tunes with Crazy D on - and Skream in one of the Stella Session mixes played it out and said "Crazy Doctor" on the vocal....
