aye it is interesting.. very interesting.. just need hope in a few years i get an equally interesting job. So i can hope to retire when i am 40, and sit back and relax, possibly with a few kids and a lovely wifal.£10 Bag wrote:sounds heavy*Grand* wrote:doing Business Economics...
fuck knows to be honest, i live well far from looe. there's a few people into dubstep in cornwall but it definately hasn't hit off yet as much as i hope it does. there's a few people playing it at raves but i've not heard of it in a club yet.Delendi wrote:my 'rents keep trying to drag me to looe. is their dubstep near there? i'd consider going...£10 Bag wrote:i've applied for about 4, including bristol (the only one im interested in). going to do music tech degree next year in cornwall if they take me up on my application. can't wait, will get to learn some interesting shit and go to local dubstep nights! i need to check the h.e.n.c.h nights and meet the man like jakes. yeeeaaaa

Grand, don't go whoring your life out for cash, most people who do that (surgeons, investment bankers, general yuppies) end up depressed and on all kinds of mood-controlling drugs (bit like my lot really, hold tight the NHS), seriously not worth it.
they still soot their faces up at NYE in certain parts of cornwall... i wouldn't hold my breath for a decent reggae night lol£10 Bag wrote:fuck knows to be honest, i live well far from looe. there's a few people into dubstep in cornwall but it definately hasn't hit off yet as much as i hope it does. there's a few people playing it at raves but i've not heard of it in a club yet.Delendi wrote:my 'rents keep trying to drag me to looe. is their dubstep near there? i'd consider going...£10 Bag wrote:i've applied for about 4, including bristol (the only one im interested in). going to do music tech degree next year in cornwall if they take me up on my application. can't wait, will get to learn some interesting shit and go to local dubstep nights! i need to check the h.e.n.c.h nights and meet the man like jakes. yeeeaaaa
what annoys me more is that there are nuff nights for house/techno/dnb/cheese/breaks but no dedicated reggae nights. reggae is too often 'bob marley' to people. need to think about starting a night really
