dubstep mixes radio station?

i've been knocking around the idea for a while, but don't know where to start. i've got over 13Gb of dubstep mixes, radio shows, etc. and i'd love to start an internet station rebroadcasting them. but that costs money. a decent stream with 10-12 listeners is around $25/mo.

alternately, i just put them on the web somewhere and create an m3u file so people can stream or dl, but hosting still costs money.

anyone have ideas, resources or hook-ups for something like this?
