biggedy boh, going to be wicked to see Oogun flexing his new tunes. Will def be a nice vibe for sure with a good dose of dark 2step variety. Oogun does quite a bit of Dancehall vibes in his tunes, very summery so thought he'd be perfect for this seasons Ghost Dubs.

Large up the NZ massive, going to get it sounding as nice as possible in there. Can't wait.

Also looking to get more NZ talent over and expand the venue for the next up and coming ghost dubs later in the year.

this is off th topic but Pvans bro when i herd Black Sheep it blew me away the bass is fucking dope,the whole tune is big ups and look forward to hearing some more sick beatz

this is gonna be a swweet night, the ghost dubs nights have always gone down well with good energy inside such a small venue, It'll be good vibes and Oogun will def lay it down with summery dubs.

we should have alot more dubs from Strictly138 cut by then, thanks to lads at transition!

In early 2007 the Ghost Dubs nights were introduced to Wellington focusing on the underground roots of Dubstep music with Strictly138 & guests serving up a diverse blend of dark 2-step garage, Dub and jungle tunes for a dynamic dancefloor expereince. The emphasis was to bring relaxed vibes to smaller club enviroments with a focus towards smaller dancefloors for people that were feelin the sound. In 2007 New Zealand saw a number of quality Dubstep artists come through and a growing interest in the infectious Dubstep groove. Since then Ghost Dubs has been known as an intimate local party embracing producers and DJ's from around NZ.

This March we have Oogun (Drunk Elephant Sound) joining us from Auckland along side Wellington crew Strictly138. Oogun's production style blends elements of Dancehall grooves, Hip hop and Afrobeat together incorperating his tunes in to his Dubstep sets for rude dancefloor variety. His Dubstep roller (Sun Ra Dub) is an infectious slab of summer dub vibes receiving plays on Wellingtons Homebase show on Radio Active 89fm and Auckland's Base FM.

Date Had been moved from Saturday to Friday due to Fevah taking over the Saturday date at the last minute with their $60 door charge.

Still gonna be Fuckin Large night and this way it'll come sooner. Oogun still booked for Friday cos he's none other than a true Souljah.
