It's not from a movie, it's from a television series. The Armando Iannucci shows.

Alan Ford (born March 14, 1945) is an English actor.
Ford was trained at East 15 Acting School. He is perhaps best known today for his roles in the Guy Ritchie crime capers Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels and Snatch, and guest starring in The Bill. He also appeared in Exorcist: The Beginning and, much earlier, as 'Roosta' in the original radio version of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, along with a small speaking role in the British gangster film The Long Good Friday.
Ford had a brief role in the film, An American Werewolf in London, where he plays the taxi driver who says the line; "It puts you in mind of the days of the old demon barber of Fleet Street, doesn't it?", in response to the recent wave of murders around London. He has also proved himself a comic actor, albeit one playing the familiar 'East End Thug' role, in the Armando Iannucci productions Knowing Me, Knowing You... with Alan Partridge playing a boxing promoter called Terry Norton and The Armando Iannucci Shows. Despite the stereotyping of his character, his timing and presence within these shows were simultaneously hilarious and terrifying. He has also portrayed a similar role in radio adverts for Virgin Media.
He is famed for his very prominent East London cockney accent which adds to his 'mobster' roles.
Hence the name of the track, yeah?

It's Alan Ford (brick top off snatch) from the armando iannucci shows (bbc3 comedy) apparently. In the future, if you have questions of this sort (ie you think may have been covered previously) you should try typing it into the search function first. had you merely typed your post heading into the search function i'm sure you'd have found your answer in a matter of minutes and probably come across some more interesting, older threads while you were at it..

I have a record somewhere in my collection from the early days of dark garage - they actually got Alan Ford in the studio to personally record vocals for the track - I really should dig it out.
I think it was called "Where's the F***in Party?"

I SWEAR its from unleashed and thats Bob Hoskins. I watched it a few months ago n heard it!
