FORSAKEN aus Bristol steht wie kaum ein anderer Produzent und DJ stellvertretend für die Experimentierfreude innerhalb der Dubstep-Szene. Auf seiner vor Kurzem erschienenen Maxi-Single „
Boat Noodles“ auf dem Label „
Punch Drunk“ verbindet er gekonnt fernöstliche Töne mit minimalistischen Techno-Texturen. Die Vielseitigkeit von Forsakens stilistischem Repertoire deutet diese Platte jedoch nur an. Auf vielen seiner Produktionen sind auch starke Grime- und 2step-Einflüsse heraus zu hören. Das Publikum der
Freak Camp Session sollte sich auf jeden Fall schon einmal auf die eine oder andere Überraschung gefasst machen.
STENCHMAN ist so etwas wie der „Alice Cooper des Dubstep“. Der DJ aus Dover tritt stets mit einer Zombie-Maske verkleidet auf und bekennt sich offen zu seiner reichlich absonderlichen Leidenschaft für Kühe. Abgesehen davon produziert er knalligen Dubstep ohne überflüssige Schnörkel und wird im
VCF garantiert für ein musikalisches Massaker auf der Tanzfläche sorgen.
SAVIOUR vertritt bei der
Freak Camp Session die belgische Dubstep-Gemeinde. Er war in den vergangenen Jahren wesentlich am Aufbau der Szene in seinem Heimatland beteiligt und ist Resident DJ bei den Brüsseler „
Stainage“-Parties. Auf dem gleichnamigen Label erscheint demnächst seine erste Vinyl-Veröffentlichung.

its very easy to find:

exactly on the crossing dircksenstr/rochstr. in the train viaducts.
entrance is below the bridge, just look out for the VCF sign
.
closest station, as also seen on the map, is S/U Alexanderplatz.

The tube is going all night long from midnight in a 15 minutes rythem at weekends and S-Bahn the same just comes every 30 minutes.
