Ordered Sensi Dub on Friday, hopefully will arrive Thursday morning at the latest. In terms of Dubplate.net, delivery is always excellent for me, arrived the next day whenever I've ordered.

It may simply be down to the fact that 1 or moe items you orderd may not be in stock, i had sorta same prob, i orderd a caspa tune a while back from dubplate.net n after bout 4 days of it not turning up i gave them a call. The guy said o ye sorry the tune i orderd wasn't actully due in stock for like 5 days. But when they did send it it arrived next day, same with other orders they norm arrive next day 2 at the latest. Don't worry i'm sure the tunes will turn up

Well I ordered a record and a t-shirt on the 1st Feb and they've not appeared. They're not answering emails either. Not the one.

I've ordered quite a few vinyls from there in the past. They've always been ok with me!
I've heard quite a few people mention that they did not reply.

Just keep trying i suppose. I'm sure they will post the records soon!

dealing with the dmz repress thing with them right now.

a little more communication would be nice. sending emails is pretty easy.

whenever i've had an issue with redeye they get back to you right away and things are sorted. probably not gonna deal with sotu anymore....

it seems the same problem applies to MP3s!

just ordered £19.50 worth of MP3s - after the purchase WorldPay only charged me £17 - i've got the receipt from World Pay and a merchant ID, but dubplate.net is rejecting the merchant id and says payment is still pending

fired off an email to customer services :|
