Dubstep 9-3 | NOW @ Q-BAR!! (Greyfriars Rd, Cardiff)

(yeah we need to sort out the club name on the flyer...bare with us)

We return (as we shall every other wednesday!) to our new venue, Q-Bar to offer you another evening of bass pressure!! Showcasing the best talent Cardiff has to offer. Backed up by 9kw of weight, brought to you by the mighty Jigsore soundsystem!! We'll see you there

£2 on the door!
We've decided to now bring in a small charge on the door! Its unfortunately become inevitable sooner than we thought, but we still think its a reasonable price (especially with the drinks deals!) and its going to help us make things happen! Its going to go towards making sure we have the jigsore soundsystem in every time, aswell as enabling us to start booking some artists to come down! Hope everyones alright wit that

About time! although don't be surprised if no one turns up as the thirst for good music in cardiff seems to be rather small if you don't like indie/goth/metal wank - Big up for getting this going!

mid week dubstep thing in cardiff is a lot, and in wanna rep, but ive got an early start on thursday.

...thinking about it ive TECHNICALLY got an early start thursday too, but a good smoke and a guinness and ill forget all about it

lol thats exactly what im worried about. it all starts off with good intentions, next thing i know i'm sending for the dj to play one more and generally making a idiot of myself when i should have been home hours ago.

Afraid this is going to be an early one, finishing at 1 this time.

This is just because we only had about a week to sort out this first night and we werent sure when we spoke to conti's how much time we would be able to fill (at that stage the only DJ was me

) it has all come together in time anyway but I dont think weve got the room that late. Will definitely start to make the nights longer as we get a bit more established though!

And remember, the more people who come, the faster itll all start to move!

Drag along anyone you can, dubsteppers or no! Who knows, might have some new converts!

Gonna be using the system in contis, which unfortunately aint gonna be knocking no drinks over...
