I like the shuffle, but the beat gets lost behind the other elements of the track, the kick and snare need some definition the track lacks momentum without them, everything else is crystal, but with the melody and bass playing simultaneously the beat gets slightly muffled.
the groove is cool though, its nice to hear a shuffle/swing instead of a straight halfstep beat and the tune isn't trying to ape trends, which is always a plus.
Nice tune, will be keeping an eye on this post.

Thanks a lot. It's like pulling teeth to get some response sometimes, and most of the time it's "i like it" or "i don't like it". You know how it is after you've been working on a track for 12-13 hours, hearing it over and over and over, it gets so you can't tell if it's the best you've ever written or complete shit. I'll touch it up and get a new mix up sometime soon.
