My first couple of tunes

Two tunes here - 'limitless' was one I worked on just to get me head around the sequencer and 'the situation dance' is a (hopefully) more improved effort. The next tune i'm working on is better again (IMO) so i'm hoping it'll be a steady progression.

Both tunes were mastered by Macc at SCmastering

alright mate..
feedback

1st tune.. well considering this is ur 1st effort i think it sounds great.. u can always tell when a track has been mastered correctly.. it really really makes a difference.

and you've obviously been in the studio with some very competent producers.. its hardly an anthem but thats not what ur aim was so not be expected.. sound scape itself is very pleasent and to me sounds very 'dubstep' wouldnt sound out of place on any of the dubstep radio programmes, i download and listen to at work. NICE work! (oh yeah wicked vocal sample toooo)

2nd tune.. well this does take it to a next level.. better choice of sounds.. more spooky and indutrial.. interesting lay out of track.. and just generally very good, especially for 2nd tune.
u certinaly got a talent, keep ur tunes posted on here.

nice one

Thanks Rennie. Appreciate the feedback.

I'm a DnB/Jungle DJ originally, from Dublin, part of the Bassbin crew and also a Resident DJ at Reach (also in Dublin)- just never did any production work on my own before. Playing mostly dubstep these days, so makes sense for me to make it too.

I agree about the mastering btw. Macc does a great job.

i'm a bit of an old D&B/jungle head.. been into it since 94 really..
so i can see why you are into dubstep..
its got the same vibe and freedom jungle use to have.. meaning dj's and producers can play and make different sounds yet they can all be played together in one hour long set..

easy
