Because I ate this banana that came from a country where people were killed in order for me to be able to buy this banana dosent mean it tastes worse than another banana...personally I dont see the point why people dig up shit more than 50 years ago.

The iams thing on the other hand is a different topic altogether. I am not saying I value the life of a dog over the life of a banana farmer but that stuff hits closer to home because dogs have cute puppy eyes and are warm and fuzzy. I hate all this shit. Huntingdon Life Sciences is the route of all animal evil- some of the videos i've seen in there made me feel that there is no hope for humanity. And it is all for such mundane stuff like shampoo, diet pills etc.

I once went to an old animal research facility with some UE friends: Buckston Browne in Downe. It wasn't nice place- cages, floors with special surgical run off and wierd experimenting tables etc.. Normally feel quite attached to the places we'd go exploring in and like to preserve it all but that place I would quite happily see burnt down. Although they did pioneer liver transplants there we found out, so wasn't just consumer products- I think in some cases animal testing is justified for illnesses (although only when it is humane etc.) but never for consumer products.

As for the post about the uses of coke- think that shows just how versatile and useful it is as a consumer product- "its the real thing!"
When I went to South America to Bolivia, the coke (coca cola ) factory was a major source of income and employment for the locals, and the coke tasted better than the over carbonised crap you get here.

the beautiful thing is that zeitgeist is free. just google "zeitgeist" or follow that link i put up. the whole thing is there for anyone and everyone to watch . they just want to educate people. its about the history of man, the history of power, the truth that no one is willing to face about our governments, corporations, societal structures, cultural history, and world events. it brings it all home. its well worth the watch.

but as for this, i can't decide if it's divinely inspired or sacriligious, possibly both

It is one of the most amazing things I have ever read. If I had a ham and an oven, I would do it right now.
