ive looked for ages online, and plugged different things into each other, but nothing seems to happen when ever i do.

im not asking for 1 thing u can do, but like an explanation on why this would effect somthing, id say i have a very good understanding of reason apart from this.

a link that explains mabie? if youve got time a short explaination on routing would really help me totaly destroy reason 2 a point i realy want 2.

1: Fire up Reason.

2: Click on 'Help' in the menu bar.

3: Select 'Search'.

4: Enter 'Routing' in the search.

You'll get a million different topics on routing, re-routing and patching and the like.

Load them guns up. Reason's on the warpath

you asked for one statement.

experience is the best teacher. if you have reason, send one of your instruments through a bunch of effects and then youll learn first hand. routing the signal through effects is what changes the sound.

yee routing through effects n that, but what i was talkin about is stuff like routing different modules with each other, i seen sum searious stuff in combinator.

combinator is crazy. thats definitely another level

i know, been experimenting with loads of stuff in it. u can do sum powerful stuff.

Mate no one can teach you this in one statement. Unfortunately (or fortunately) it takes lots of time messing with the shit combined with reading the manual and figuring it out step by step. If you are keen, you will learn what everything does. If you want it spelled out for you and you can't be bothered putting some time and effort into it, you won't get anywhere.
