HMV & DUBSTEP???

Post by savage » Tue Mar 18, 2008 10:09 am

Got a £20 HMV voucher through the post. Anyone know if there's any chance on getting any/ decent dubstep on vinyl from HMV. Or should I wipe my arse with it?

wipe your ass with it, it's a much much better story to tell your friends in the end.

You may need to check the Drum and Bass section. I found the recent Skream and Headhunter EPs on Tempa in there the other day

You might as well live the dream and wipe your arse with it and then give it in....

If you can use the voucher online I'm sure there is plenty of stuff avaliable from the HMV site.

I wonder if the voucher is still valid with poo on it. If it has one of those watermark thingies, it should still be okay.

The one on oxford st has quite a few bits. Lots of Tempa. from as cheap as £3.99. I got that Wascal 12" on Hammer from there and that Parson ghostliner thing. Upstairs they have DVDs, some of which contain tits. Oh and I think there is a special edition of Women In Love out now, has a marvellous scene by the fire.

Yeah, quite a few copies there were and the next time I went (admittedly a couple or so months later) there were none.

i did the same thing. got an hmv voucher when i left my old job and had it sitting around for ages until i went into hmv on a whim and they had the burial bloc party remix and that plastician and skream black ghosts remixes. and that was months ago and in sheffield so i imagine in london there would be a much better choice, especially after night's blown up

I picked up skreamizm vol3, they had vol. 4 as well as some hyperdub in the Hammersmith one, but apparentley they're getting rid of the vinyl section :(
