I'm caning a really quite brilliant Brie at the mo, reckon I'm gonna draw for the Gruyère tomorrow. Anyone else a big cheese fan?

yeh got a craving for all dairy based products atm, dont think my tastebuds have matured enough to appreciate all the kinds u mention tho..sticking to red leicester..brie is just plain wrong and like white wine i will never give in to pretending i enjoy it

The texture is crazy - almost starchy... no need for bread or cracker. eat it on it's own or with a bit of pear.

Feta, slices of tomato, bit of olive oil, some basil leaves, maybe some black olives, bit of bread. Yum.

didn't like it that much by itself but in a veggie lasagna i made it was fucking lush
