Anyone recording this tonight? - don't normally catch Rinse on a Saturday night, but that God I did - Youngsta is mixing it large - really inventive stuff as well, some great skills.
Acting like a complete fanboy, but this show really is the business...

I'm on it.

I heard you're fanboy message but it's aloud, mainly coz it's true.

Audio as soon as possible.

Nice one Boomnoise, it takes a lot to excite some one as old and jaded as me me, but Youngsta is in the groove tonight - pity its not in a club.

Makes me happy that Yunx, who ive always considered a bit of an elitist dubs-wise, is getting involved with young producers from Brizzle. Very positive sign.

So far I haven't been into Headhunter productions. I always thought H.E.N.C.H stuff lacked funk - very clinical, very aggressive, and fairly monotonous, which is fine but not really for me. D1 is a bit like that except his drum arrangements and synths are totally immaculate, and his vocal tunes have proved that he has the ability to switch it up occasionally.

Haven't downloaded this set yet, but I'm looking forward to hearing the Headhunter tunes anyway - maybe hearing them in the context of a Youngsta mix will change my mind.

^Yeah i guess i was articulating how pleasing the London/Bristol exchange was rather than bigging up the inclusion of tunes im actually sonically fond of if that makes sense!

I kinda agree on hench, some nice/interesing things but slightly mechanical and souless. They progress like tanks.

In my eyes dmz gang, kode9 and skream are still making the finest sounds by a fair margin. I am still enjoying lots of other things too though!...

Headhunter tunes are just huge.. no question about it..

but hearing them in Youngsta's set is something different..
