What's Your Favourite Single Snare in Dubstep?

Mine is at 4:24 seconds into Circling.

What a snare!

I've heard snares before, believe you me (well- do you?), believe me. I've heard snares coming out of my ears and into them as well. Some snares I've heard have been enough to delineate a rhythmic interval. Some have been louder but quieter. Some have been like taps upon the windows of consciousness by the fingers of a twiglet-man. Knobbly.

But this one!

PHEW BLIMEY

Yeah that is a good snare, it's like a cake made of iron

Do you agree with me that there needs to be more snares in dubstep and less wobbles in dubstep?

an interesting proposition! i would say a very strong perhaps, with considerable qualification

as for quality of snare... not my favourite eva but i was feeling the snare in The Seafront in particular recently

Intergalactic is a very good call. all about the abstract noises in place of snares

another i would say are the spiralling detuning 808 snares in one of D1's dubplates (don't know the name)... also accompanied by one of the duttiest hardest handclaps i've heard on record. probably the most inventive use of snare i've heard in a while. its such a tune
