need fast help on shipping prices!

im just ordering @ blackmarket for the first time and im stunned by the shipping... 28pounds to austria...
is this normal? is it cheaper if i send it to someone in englang and he sends it to me? 28pounds seem way to much for me

At here in Brazil the government collect an extra tax to everyone who buy imported vinyl... It's an assault...
