Headaches and Skunk-HELP

Yes i know this is probly boring and i have been told in the past i do weird threads. Just listen up.
Woke up with a headache this morning, tried to sleep it of for bout 3 hours-no use.
was going to take parecetomole but havent.
wanted to smoke a spliff-will this make it worse or better??
comments pleeeeeeeeease!

I PUT IT ON WHEN I GOT BACK! I EVEN SLEPT WITH IT ON......ITS COS I SMOKED 3 SPLIFFS LAST NIGHT BY MASELF THEN CRASHED OUT.
NEVER USED TO HAPPEN BUT RECENTLY ITS BEEN HAPPENING.
I REALLY WANT A SPLIFF THOUGH.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN WILL IT JUST INCREASE MY HEADACHE?

everyone seems to reckon that weed helps relieve pain but i've found the opposite. tends to make me concentrate/focus on it rather than forget it

Not a good sign if your craving for a zoot by noon but if you must then just take a couple of tokes and take it easy for a few hours.

It could just be a weed hangover. I smoke all the time and especially over the weekend when I smoke many a spliff I need one in the morning to make the fuzziness go away.

my headache doesnt feel like a headache, it feels weird

yea i find some times i get a headache after bunning, but usually its after quite alot

I've been waking up with a headache if I bun a lot. Never used to happen and some mates have noticed as well. Drink a lot of water or juice and just have a small zoot once your up and should be sorted.

The fact that a lot of weed is contaminated in some way doesnt help matters. I dont know about anybody else but since the gritty weed came about I've been very paranoid about what I'm smoking. Its not been so bad recently, the weed in general is fine but the taste doesnt seem the same...

aye i get that now when i wanna get buzzin, i used to be able to do it anywhere and be cool with it but i can't anymore, if i'm not rushing or drunk i get bare paranoid getting stoned out in public, so normally feel like i just wanna do it at home or a mates house where i know its fine to, bit jarring really, used to be fine wae it
