Legalize it remix

Just bought a white label and I don't know who did the track. It's such a smashing tune, I paid 25€ for it. The guy from the record shop told me it was a limited (500) ep from either coki or cotti. There is a reggea tune in it and the track is called 'legalize it'. The reggea part is originally done by Peter Tosch... But who did this rmx? This track is fucking wild!
