Hopefully this msg is going to the Co-op Label page!!
Dubstep Ple-sha supports the notion. IPSWICH has plenty of producer-talent but so far little public representation (as with other hard-edge genres inc Hiphop). Will this project also be an OUTWARD-LOOKING venture for dubstep as a whole?

Not quite sure what you're asking here. To be quite honest, from the beginning the label's entire purpose was for good music to be heard by as many people as possible.
If by outward looking, you mean that we don't just promote from within, then yes. Anyone who is making good tracks or wants to help put out good tracks is more than welcome to put in the work.
