Cool cat.....
The Mystery Artist behind this Skam record (number 27, I think it is) is Funckarma, the two brothers who do the tunes for all the Shadow Huntaz releases which are also on Skam. If you haven't already, you should give them a try.
Its all really compressed, squashed, acidic madness. Great stuff.

I like the Shadow Huntaz instrumental stuff but the vocal stuff really grates on me.

I know what you mean. Some of its really good, some of its not so great, IMO. If its the instrumental stuff you like, it might be worthwhile checking some of the tunes Funckarma have done themselves. They've released a couple of good 10" EP's on the Delikatessen label, as well as a few bits on the Musik Aus Strom, Skam, Neo Ouija and Merck labels too.
