ive just got fruity 8 and you can now export mp3/ogg upto 450kbps!!!!!

that mean everyone's gunna be asking for 45o's now? lol

Not realy because a 450kbps mp3 is alot smaller than a wav.

very true. pretty pointless thread but i assumed 320 was the highest. it would of been like 14meg for a 2 and half minute song!

I always thought you couldn't go above 320 with an mp3. Although my computer tries to tell me it's playing 521s occasionally, but then my computer chats a load of shit.

320kbps is the maximum bitrate possible for mp3s.

the higher bitrates in the new version of fl are for other formats.

he's not wrong. jus looked and bounced one down, the higher's are for OGG whatever that is.

I noticed this as well.. I rendered a track to the highest possible bitrate FL could render to, and on my winamp it said the bitrate was 320.
