Its not 'nogger', its 'nagger' I think (as in 'a woman who nags') but the post still relies on an entirely negative racial stereotype. Whitebait's joke would go down well at a BNP meeting and has NO place on this forum.

Now the above joke I've heard, and seen expanded upon but generally via joke-telling in person, which kind of defuses it as obviously the preconception that a racist gag is going to be told is defused with the punchline and thus the listener is surprised and thus the joke works.

Whereas posting something on a website that consists of people that may or may not be familiar with the gag may cause a great deal of offense before the oh too hilarious disclosure. Sensitivity about racism has got fuck all to do with projected racism - what exactly have you won through this?

whitebait, while I understand what you're trying to do on a pseudo-intellectual level, you're not making any friends.

Some words are best left unspoken, some forum posts are best left unposted.

Know when to call it quits or recognize that all the reprecussions of your actions are your own fault.

If you get banned, it's not because someone can't take a joke. It's because you joked too much about something people find offensive.

Cheers deepsix. I'm really quite saddened and disappointed. I just wish people weren't so insecure or uptight about stuff.

And I'm sure that the non-whites on this board wish that their ancestors weren't kidnapped from their homelands and taken as human cattle to foreign countries / used as slaves / denied citizenship / denied the right to vote / seen as 3/5 of a human being by law.

The list goes on - and the things above are in relation only to black slavery and US history. Says nothing about the white man's mistreatment of Aboriginal peoples all over the world. Or even of the atrocities that other so-called great nations - mine (China) included - have perpetrated on other countries/races based on the belief that they were "superior".

You want to know what makes me sad? That human beings have and continue to treat each other with such a lack of humanity.

Race is a very sensitive issue, meaning that you have to treat it with some sensitivity. Just because you're technically "right" doesn't make you right at all. You get me?
