Is this dubstep?
This is the classic On-U sound.
To say this is dubstep implies A. Sherwood and On-U is latching onto dubstep, when they've been doing this since the early 80's.
............and Adrian Sherwood kills most dubstep that I've heard.
Nothing against dubstep 'coz I like it a lot,(thats why Im here) but Adrian Sherwood is a legend!

Wish it was LSP jumping on this. I've got a couple of his Jungle outings. And even a Techno one. Just a matter of time, really.

Sherwood is a fucking legend, though. Pushed the Digidub sound before there was even a labeled box for it. The Syndicate kills it every time.

wow and i thought on-u sound aren't existing anymore but i'm happy that this is not the case! does anyone know the material sherwood put out under his sublabel "sound boy"? also some proper genre-border-enlarging music on that one!

Up there in my list of heroes too mate.

Big producer and has been for decades...ALWAYS on top of his game...whether it is dub, techno or jungle he creates tunes second to none.

Big up the Dubfather.
