hotboys on (the roots of dubstep)

Post by madrasta1971 » Sun May 25, 2008 9:47 am

the info on the track hot boys on the roots of dubstep album is not 100% correct. that track was made by al browne on an amiga computer and later re produced by al browne and engineered by steve gurley at steve's studio. for more info just ask. this is 100% true. just ask steve gurley himself there is more to al browne's story. give credit where credit is due.

jah bless!!!!

the info since the release on this track has always been wrong. steve gurley's name was used as a selling point for that track because at the time al browne was unknown even though he has produced and to this day still produces music with steve gurley, look out for more new releases from the duo in the near future.

al browne has also worked and remixed tracks for zed bias, general levy, troublesome, and other artists,he also worked as a ghost producer on quite a few projects over the years, he and steve gurley have been friends since back in the 80s. and started workin together during steve's foul play days, under the names, city connection an C4. now al browne is currently working on new projects on his own and with the beatmaster steve gurley

agreed! would love to see more abstract... i love how long it takes touch to progress, lets me sneak those beautiful hats and snares in for a while before letting it drop into melodic bliss :P
