Baked Egg

In case any of you ever look at your baking dish after taking fish fingers out of the oven and wonder how well an egg would cook if you cracked it into said dish and put it in the oven.... don't bother.

Bit of a long way to cook an egg innit? I can't even see any benifits from it over frying, you'd still have to use oil if you didnt want a total mess.....oh wait...

I thought this thread was going to be something about that ^^
They taste brilliantly nutty. Obviously it's a big waste of time/your heating bill though!
