After hearing Soulwax do their remix of this live at Rockness, and hearing the Hostage remix online, I figured i'd give this a go. The remix is nothing like I thought it would end up - and hopefully I've not ruined the track for anyone!

Definitely feeling that, its fucking wicked actually. The only thing I thought (and yes im aware this is more than a little tweak

) but to me it feels like its all a build up to something. Not thats necessarily bad, a few tunes like that followed by say...Neverland, and you've just destroyed a dancefloor. But i reckon if there was just a little something extra in one of the later drop style things, it would go from being a big tune, to dinosauric proportions! Trouble is, im no producer so I cant really offer much more help! Somethings telling me that a few scattered rimshots or something like that could make this a leeeeeg shaker!!

Sorry for the lack of coherence. Im not a very coherent person.

Edit: Im also aware that you are probably more aware of this than I ever will be and that it was intentional! But just thought id give ya me 2 cents worth anyway! (Seeing as ive nicked many of your tunes in recent times

)

Some very valid, albeit slightly incoherent thoughts - I'll wait till a few more people post their thoughts, and perhaps collect them up and tweak this till it hurts.

wicked tune - one for the 3am speedfreaks

definitely agree with the little something extra in one of the later drops comment. just to push people over the edge.

Yeah, I switched the beat up to a more 4-4 style, but it still needs more for sure.

Actually Altern-8 are from the town i live in now and my mate is good friends with one of the guys and i teach the other one's sister.

I'm gonna drop this one on my show tonight. Big sounds.
