Imo I would reduce the length of the intro and add a little variation to the bongo loop. then i would add a little break down before the track full kicks in. The main body of thee track sound minimal. Were you going for that? It dose have a nice contrast with the intro. I think you shouls shorten it a little

Ask the forum reviawer SHONKY see what he thinks

I's here, send me a pm to remind me later and I'll have a listen, got stuff to do this evening, but may find time in amongst it if I get the chance.
Tragically at work at the moment, don't know how I cope to be honest.
Not an official forum reviewer either, just lazy ne'er-do-well, that as your tagline suggests should have something better to do.

Big up wide pannage.
Liked it.
Loved the 'drop'.
Too long? Not necessarily. For me there's just slightly too little going on to justify such indulgence.
Add 1%. Think flourishes (?). You have a lot of space in the centre to play with (?).
Good work. Well done.

Thanks everyone.... Shonky i'll Pm you when i gets home. noice one mate.
As for the tune well yeah its far far too long given how little 'music' there is in it. I spent an hour or so making the loops in Reason 3 then just exported them and arranged them really roughly in Acid Pro 6. The first drop and final few tweaks to this version were done in 5 mins before i left for work so i had zero time to add in some variation to the beats, fx etc.
I'll post a new turbo-charged deluxe VIP brrap edition as soon as i get a chance to fire up the music machine again.

Yeah, like this, got a really nice peaceful mood to it. Can see that it's quite minimal, and I think you know that anyway, but it works really well, hits that emotional level that a lot of tunes don't so you're definitely on the right track.
Think it's maybe more home listening than club, but to be honest I don't think that under 7 mins is particularly long, maybe people should get some ritalin
Think with a bit of work this could be up there with Qawalli, really serene. Would work well as soundtrack material as well if you've got any film buddies.
