actually, mad decent has had connects with grime&dubstep for time now...

diplo has played a bunch of ish in his set as far back as I can remember...mainly vocal grime tunes, but you'd be surprised.

paul devro & myself both have blends that were featured on the SLIT JOCKEY VOL 1 mixtape.

DJA is currently doing a few BIG steppa friendly remixes

but even beyond mad decent...

several new coki & skream tunes sound similar to the modern electro that is so popular these days (spongebob, oskilatah)
...not to mention skream's recent black ghosts remix.

dave p has even been know to play a few vex'd tunes on occasion

trust me, I could go on & on, the lines been blurin'...consider this the proof.

you should hope that hipsters like dubstep...

Diplo and Skream are good pal's, same with Rusko and Caspa. It's all family!

Oh and p.s. LOL at the forum authorization code question when you create an account. Oh man, too concerned with keeping your precious scene a secret to let the world hear how awesome it is... Please don't ruin dubstep with shittly attitudes like the DnB'rs did.

or could it perhaps just be working to avoid forum spammers? we have had a few rounds of those coming on posting insane amounts of posts to push their pr0n site or their pharmaceuticals. is it a conspiracy to keep things underground or a method of avoiding spam?

considering that the answer to the auth code question is publicly posted on the main forum in the newcomers guide, i think the answer is clear.

Nice take on the Mayhem logo with the Skream lettering!! Blur them lines that how we do in SF!! I just hope the death of something is not due to the inclusion of it in something fad driven and temporary. I feel that way about the Toyota Prius too. :wink:
