De Puta Madre!! Belgian hiphop in French, really good
French hiphop: Assassin, 113, Fonky Family!!, Psy 4 de la Rime & Sinik are some groups that pop in mind, but I don't like the french language in hiphop that much, prefer english a lot more...

Also if you're goin 2 France in most Hip Hop clothin shops they sell local mix tapes.
Me Mam comes from Paris and I've picked up sum class ones by Est Team, and in the Pur Son Ghetto (PSG) series.

if you can still get it the old ntm lp "1993 j'appuie sur la gachette" is a must.
i'm not so into the newer stuff in general with the exception of lunatic, heavy north-african/arabic influenced beats and lyrics.
that mix looks amazing i'll dl it when i'm home.
