We wanted to inform you that our new blog, Plastic Robot is up and running at www.plasticrobot.net! Who we are, and what we do:
:Our goal is to provide quality music reviews, product/service reviews, as wells as interviews with known DSP developers, Reaktor instrument designers, DJs and artists. The intention behind these interviews and reviews is to promote both electronic music, and also, to introduce the concept of "the programmer as an artist" to the general public. We feel that, with computers being such capable tools these days, that many electronic musicians with DSP programming experience are designing their own workflows, as opposed to accepting what is available to them from larger software companies.
Our first feature will be an interview with the creator of the very popular VST Plugin, Glitch, known as Dblue. We have a few more key interviews coming up to kick things off properly, as well as some new reviews and how-to's.
