did you have any external routing to combi when you saved the original, coz if so it wont save any of that, for obvious reasons

It was all working fine so I guess the routing should have saved with it?

well no not really, if you had some other device routed to the combi from outside the combi which is crucial to getting the desired sound, that wiil be lost on the saved patch. i dont know if thats the problem your experiencing, but its all i can think of as ive not heard of a problem like that

I am going to guess that you are trying to layer the sounds of Thor, NNxt, and SubTractor together. If this is the case, you probably had NN-XT and Subtractor routed to your main mixer, and when you went to reload the patch it didnt do the external routing as he said.

You need to insert a mixer into the combi, and route thor, nnxt, and subtractor to their own channels, and the master out of the mixer to the combi hardware in.

If you look at the audio flow on the back of your rack, you will see that Thor is the only instrument routed to the combi's audio out.

The sampler is routing its audio to the reverb, and reverb is not connected to anything

Subtractor is routed to delay's that are not routed to anything either
