is it possible to slice this breakbeat up and use it as single hits in a tune im doing?

had to laugh at everyone pulling your leg

it's possible and people do it all the time with breaks

just put the break into whatever software you're using and get slicing. it can be a bit fiddly depending on your gear but the results are very useful

you won't know unless you try mate...

but i'll tell you now, you can cut any audio you want up and use it as a breakbeat

100% possible. However part of the charm of a break (at least for me) is to kinda use the flow of a break and not just the individual sounds of a break if that makes sense.

yes, as said before, entirely possible, the technique however varies for each piece of software...
