Um, forget lfo's in Albino 3.
Use the envelopes instead!
------------------------------------------------------------------
Route the signal through Filter 1 or 2. Add some saturation by switching on Saturation Mode 3 and turning up the Amount knob.
You should add some other kinds of effects processing to the signal path after Albino too.
------------------------------------------------------------------
I know that any synth can produce bass, but I personally don't think Albino is that good for bass.

I actually find albino a very unhelpful synth to make anything on. Could be because I could never be bothered getting past its irritating user interface.
Try Circle synth (especially recommend this one) or Massive as idiot-proof synths

One benefit of using Massive is that there are countless people putting out preset packs for you to twiddle with if you like.

Albino is sick for bassline.
Benga uses Albino for basslines.

Just because Benga (or any top name producer for that matter) uses a synth, it doesn't make it good. Benga could drive a Robin Reliant.... Ferraris are still better!
Although Albino can produce a wide variety of sounds, I just never found Albino to excel at creating basslines in particular. Novation V-Station has deeper bass, Massive has more resonant bass, Z3ta+ more tearing bass and Vember Audio Surge pisses over all of them! (IMO lol

LOL at the amount of wobble threads that were created while I was on vacation.
You can use even sound recorder for basslines. Live with it.

albino is just as capable for sick bass sounds than any other synth
you can make a sick bass sound with any random waveform/sampler and effects

The deepest and dirtiest bass I've heard from a soft synth (without any additionnal effects) came from Blue (Rob Papen).
Blue + any distortion + a filter (Quad Frohmage or Filterscape) is a killing combinaison.

Albino is crazy for basslines if u know how 2 use it correctly (knowing the theory behind it) but if u know theory behind suppose u can work with any synth/bassline vsti eg Massive

check out the Bacardi 151 ,every bassline in that tune is just Albino 3 from me creating my own patchs

Since this thread has turned into a war over which soft synth is better I think I'll get it back on track.
First: a lot of bass sounds are comprised of at least 2 parts: A sub-bass and a higher bass.
for the sub bass: It's generally just a simple sine-wave oscillator with some compression and, if it needs it, subtle distortion played at a low octave.
higher distorted bass is more tricky and there are numerous ways that you can do it. What I recommend is to start with 2 oscillators (saw or square or the digital waveforms of albino) detune them slightly then try different things. One option is to go with LFO on the cutoff (kind of stale imo) but there are many more. Screw with modulation matrix on Albino and make interesting combinations. Add distortion, flanging, phasing, high pass, and band pass filters in different combinations or routings etc...It's really up to you what you do.
For really nasty bass I recommend some tube distortion after a subtle phaser. Hope this helped some.
